“Now even if you don’t experience these emotions, you’ve probably got friends in a similar situation and maybe going through a similar thing. So I just wanted to highlight these to everyone on the table or in your group of friends or even yourselves, maybe going through this process of change. And just to be mindful of it again, some some slack. It’s okay. And this may be how you’re feeling. So you can go through all sorts of feelings and let them know towards the end as you experiment and accept, you become much happier on the other side.”
